  • How do you tip your mover?

    Tipping is entirely at the discretion of the client. Generally, a tip ranging from 5% to 20% of the total moving cost is considered appropriate. The specific amount may vary depending on the quality of service provided and the complexity of the move.

  • Do you place the furniture in the room?

    Our moving team will place furniture in the designated rooms as part of our comprehensive service package.

  • Do you disassemble and reassemble the furniture?

    Our professional movers provide disassembly and reassembly services for furniture items as required during the relocation process.

  • Do you have liability coverage?

    We offer liability coverage for items transported during the moving process to ensure the protection of our clients' belongings.

  • Is there anything you won't move?

    Certain items, such as plants, paint, and chemicals, cannot be transported by our company. For a complete list of restricted items, please contact our office directly.

  • Do you provide in-person estimates?

    We offer in-person estimates to provide our clients with accurate quotes for our moving services.

  • Do you prefer drawers to be empty?

    We recommend that drawers be emptied of all items except soft goods. Please ensure that valuables are removed and transported separately for added security.
